William Toth, Ph.D.
Chairman of the Board
Dr. Toth was born in Ohio and raised on a dairy farm. He received a Bachelors degree from Hiram College with two majors, Chemistry and Mathematics. He completed a Ph.D. in Chemistry (Laser Spectroscopy) from Michigan State University.
He joined the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory to perform research and development on the Trident Submarine Program and later on Alternate Energy Technologies. In 1980 he joined the INEEL and has managed a number of R&D programs, including Industrial Conservation and a joint R&D program with the Textile Industry. He also started the INEEL University Relations Office, where he served on the Idaho Department Of Education’s Higher Education Research Council. He later managed a non-proliferation program aimed at helping former Russian weapons scientists to transition into non-weapons work and, hopefully, into a commercial enterprise. Dr. Toth retired from the INEEL in 2001.
He is the father of three daughters and has five grandchildren. He is active in the community, having served 13 years on the YMCA Board of Directors, seven years on the local American Red Cross (ARC) Chapter Board (two as Chairman), two years on the ARC State Service Council, and four years on the ARC State Board of Directors.
He currently is an active member of both the Idaho Falls Eagles and Civitans clubs, and has trained for the Citizens Watch Program with the Idaho Falls Police Department. He has been a Board Advisor to the local Habitat for Humanity for two years and joined the Board in 2008.

With 20 years in the financial world specializing in real estate services, Denise works as a marketing representative with AmeriTitle. She attends Idaho State University working on her B.A. in General Studies. She also volunteers with: Tautphaus Park Zoological Society, Women's Council of Realtors, and Rotary International District 5400. She is married to Kevin E. O'Brien and has two sons. She also serves on the affiliates's Fundraising and Family Selection Committees.
Randy L. Allen
Director
Mr. Allen is a Vietnam veteran and fluent in Spanish and English. His language skills are very helpful to the affiliate as he also serves on the Family Selection Committee. He attended Ricks College, graduated from ISU with a B.B.A. His other volunteer service includes: previous board member of the state Chapter of the American Red Cross of Greater Idaho, and local Red Cross Leadership Council member and Chair, Advisory Board member for Center for New Directions at EITC; United Way Board Member, and Board Member for F.A.I.T.H., Family Assistance In Transitional Housing. He is married to DiAnn Allen and they have three children.

Philip S. Meehan is a civil engineer. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Bradley University in Peoria, IL. His interests include running, mountain biking, skiing, and hiking. He is serving on the Nominating Committee.

Rick received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado and Masters degree in Engineering Management from the University of Idaho and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He moved to Idaho Falls in 1986 and works at the Naval Reactors Facility on the Idaho National Laboratory. Since moving to Idaho Falls, he has been active in local youth programs including serving as the Regional Commissioner for the American Youth Soccer Organization and has served on United Way allocation committees. Having volunteered as a team leader on the affiliates two most recent builds, he is serving as our Construction Committee Chair.
Darryl D. Siemer, Ph.D.

Mr. Siemer is a retired chemist/chemical engineer. His hobbies and interests include fishing, technical analysis and fixing things. He serves on the ReStore Committee and is the Habitat for Humanity Idaho Falls Area volunteer of the year for 2007.
Lane R. Archibald
General Legal Counsel Mr. Archibald is an attorney living in Idaho Falls and is one of the founding members of the Idaho Falls Habitat for Humanity affiliate (1994). He has practiced Law for 28 years limiting his practice to Real Estate related matters. Mr. Archibald is the President of Bonneville Land & Title Co., which until January 2004 when the Title Plants and other title related assets were sold to a large Title Company, had computerized Title Plants in Bonneville, Jefferson and Clark Counties and did business in southeastern Idaho for 25 years. He is teaching (on a part time adjunct basis) a Real Estate class at BYU Idaho in Rexburg, Idaho. Mr. Archibald graduated from Brigham Young University with a major in Business Management/Finance and from University of Puget Sound (now Seattle University) School of Law. He is married to Nancy J. Headings Archibald and they have three children and nine grandchildren.

Sheldon Dance has been involved in the building industry in Idaho Falls for many years. First as a construction worker and then as a general contractor and President of Dance Construction Inc. for 25 years. He divides his time between his construction company and his full time real estate practice with Re/Max Homestead Realty. He holds many designations in the National Realtor Association including Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, and Graduate Realtor Institute. He has served the real estate community through the State of Idaho and local Realtor organizations in various leadership capacities. Sheldon is married to Pat Dance and has five children and three and a half grandchildren. He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and views his work with Habitat for Humanity as an extension of his belief to serve those around him.
