HOMEOWNER REQUIREMENTS

1. Exhibit a housing need - either a physical or financial need

2. Willingness to partner with Habitat for Humanity by completing sweat equity

3. Ability to pay a zero interest mortgage

4. Meet income guidelines according to family size

5. Be a US citizen, permanent resident, or documented right to work

APPLICATIONS FOR HOMEBUYER PROGRAM

We will send out notifications to families who have inquired about Habitat’s Affordable Housing Program whenever the application period is open.
