HABITAT BUILD #40

This home was left to Habitat for Humanity by a retired school teacher. Habitat for Humanity brought all of the electrical, plumbing and heating systems up to current code. Additional insulation was added to the exterior walls and windows were replaced. Family, bedroom, bath and laundry rooms were finished in the basement. Volunteers installed new cabinets, doors, and flooring. Everything was freshly painted inside and out and new appliances were installed before the Habitat family moved in.

HABITAT BUILD #43

Thank you to Idaho Housing and Finance Inc. for donating this home! Our first single dad and his children will be moving in. It had been modified for ADA access, but it was not needed for our family. Habitat for Humanity had to to tear down walls and redesign the interior. We brought all of the electrical, plumbing and heating systems up to current code. Cabinets, windows, siding and the roof were replaced. Everything was freshly painted inside and out and new appliances were installed.
