Accepted Donations:
Furniture:
Sofas, loveseats, coffee tables, dining tables and chairs, dressers, bookshelves, desks, side tables, and bed frames.
Appliances:
Refrigerators, freezers, stoves/ranges, washers, dryers, microwaves, and air conditioners (typically clean and under 7–10 years old with all power cords).
Building Materials:
Unused lumber, drywall, sheetrock, roofing supplies, concrete/mortar mix, and insulation.
Doors & Windows:
Complete exterior/interior residential doors, storm doors, patio doors, and complete window units.
Cabinets & Vanities:
Complete kitchen cabinet sets, bathroom vanities, and storage units with all original doors and drawers attached.
Flooring & Tile:
Vinyl plank, laminate, or boxed ceramic/porcelain tiles.
Lighting & Electrical:
Table lamps, floor lamps, light fixtures, electrical hardware, outlets, and wiring.
Plumbing Fixtures:
Clean sinks, low-flush toilets, vanity tops, and heavy-duty faucets or plumbing fittings.
Hardware & Tools:
Hand tools, power tools, lawn equipment (mowers, weed trimmers), door knobs, hinges, locks, and boxed fasteners.
Home Goods & Decor:
Framed artwork, framed mirrors, area rugs, decorative knick-knacks, and glassware.
Excluded Donations:
Unframed glass or mirrors
Mattresses and box springs
Used or opened paint, stain, and chemicals
Broken, heavily stained, torn, or non-working items
TVs or broken electronics
Treadmills, Exercise Bikes
Tip: Acceptability is at the discretion of the drop-off staff based on condition and inventory levels. Contact the local Idaho Falls ReStore directly before dropping off large or heavy items.
