You do not! There are trained staff and volunteers on site to help you through every task. All we need is your heart for help and the hunger to learn.
We know you want to be as safe as you can be and sometimes, that means you need to know what to expect before coming on site. There are many different tasks at the build site and in the ReStore. There will always be training and supervision available.
There are some safety training classes you can need to complete before you volunteer.

There is also a separate waiver to be signed by parent/guardian for those those under 18. Please Email us with questions.

A Brush with Kindness is another opportunity for volunteers to become engaged in the Community
Habitat for Humanity Idaho Falls will be canvassing several neighborhoods to identify owner-occupied homes whose families need help sprucing up, exterior painting, minor repair, and yard clean up. It is a great volunteer opportunity for a group that would like to see a project through from start to finish.
